While attending a marriage seminar on communication, Tom and his wife Peg listened to the instructor declare, "It is essential that husbands and wives know the things that are important to each other." He asked Tom, "Can you describe your wife's favorite flower?" Tom leaned over, touched his wife's arm gently and whispered, "Pillsbury All-Purpose, isn't it?" The rest of the story is not pleasant. —Author unknown

You can plant, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in, planting queen!

Monday morn and the sun’s aglow
Looking out for the place to grow
Where they plant the right flowers, putting in the zing
You start in the spring

Anybody could see that sky
Soil is fresh and the sun is high
With a bit of nutrition, everything is fine
You’re in the mood to plant
And when you get the chance…

You are the planting queen, wise and sweet, nothing unforeseen
Planting queen, feel the earth, watch it growing green
You can plant, you’re alive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in, planting queen!

You can seed, then watch ‘em grow
Leave them flowering and then you go
Looking out for another, any ground will do
You’re in the mood to plant
And when you get the chance…

You are the planting queen, wise and sweet, nothing unforeseen
Planting queen, feel the earth, watch it growing green
You can plant, you’re alive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in, planting queen!
